New flights are subject to feasibility, access, weather and an explicit capture quote. No flight permission or capture booking is implied by a video brief.
Price, timing and revision allowance are confirmed in your project quote.

Is this different from a facility tour?
A facility tour is organized to help someone understand the facility. Aerial footage can serve that purpose, or it can be used mainly for atmosphere or scale.
Can you work with another pilot’s footage?
Yes, with the required rights and suitable original files. Capture and editing can be scoped independently.
