What do I actually get?+
A finished video, ready to post: a talking video or a visual piece — tightened, captioned, graded, with music and graphics where they earn it. You never touch an editing timeline.
Do I have to film myself?+
No. Plenty of clients do — a phone and decent light are plenty, and we'll tell you exactly how to set it up. Just as often we bring the camera and run the shoot.
Is the first one really free?+
Yes. We make you one video you're proud of before you pay a dollar. If you don't want the next one, no hard feelings. It's the fastest way for both of us to know it's a fit.
How fast is turnaround?+
3 days max on every video once we have your footage, and revisions come back within 1 day. Late without a heads-up is a failure on our end, not a hiccup.
What if I want changes?+
Say the word. Every video comes with a revision — you get the cut, you tell us what's off, it's back within a day. Need more passes after that, we'll sort it out; it's never a fight.
Who owns the videos?+
You do. Full stop. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, and that's the whole arrangement.
