Privacy

I collect the minimum amount of data needed to do the work you hired me for. I don’t sell it, I don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers, and I don’t keep it longer than I need to. If you ever want me to delete anything I have on you, email me and I will.

What I actually collect

Stuff you give me directly — your name, email, phone, business details, anything you put in a contact form or say on a call. I keep this so I can do the work and stay in touch.

Stuff browsers leak by default — the page you visited, the rough city/region your IP suggests, the device and browser you used, and how you got to the site (the link you clicked or the ad you saw). I use this only to understand whether the site is working and which ads are worth paying for.

Stuff cookies do — I use a small handful of cookies and pixels (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to count visits and tie ad clicks to outcomes. None of these store your real name or anything sensitive on your device. You can block them in your browser settings and the site still works.

What I don’t do

I don’t sell your data. I don’t rent it. I don’t hand it to data brokers. I don’t profile you for targeted ads on other people’s products. The only people who see your details are me, the team I’m specifically working with you on a project, and the platforms I use to run the work (email, calendar, payment processing, analytics — the usual stuff).

Who I share it with

The tools I use to deliver the work see what they need to see: email providers, calendar, file storage, payment processors, ad platforms. I pick reputable ones and only feed them what the job requires. If a court ever made me hand something over, I’d have to comply with the law, but that’s the only exception.

How long I keep it

As long as we’re working together, plus whatever the IRS and my accountant tell me I have to keep for tax reasons (usually 7 years on the financial side). Marketing analytics gets aggregated and the raw stuff falls off after a couple years.

Your controls

You can ask me at any time to: tell you what I have on you, correct it, or delete it. Email wmbransford@gmail.com and I’ll handle it.

Kids

This site isn’t aimed at children under 13 and I don’t knowingly collect data from them. If you think a kid sent me something, let me know and I’ll delete it.

Changes

If I change how this works in a meaningful way, I’ll update this page and bump the date below. Last updated: May 11, 2026.
