What we need from you.
- One per line. YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, or a direct file link we can open without signing in.
- Anything we should know: brand caption colors, names to spell a certain way, where the clips will be posted, or a W-9 request.
How this service is produced
No one at Bransford Media edits or watches your clips before they ship; the checks decide. If fewer than five clips pass them, you get fewer and pay less. Tell us about anything wrong and we fix it; if we can't within 2 business days, that webinar is refunded in full.

Is this done by AI?
Yes. Software picks the moments, cuts them, captions them and writes the drafts, and separate software checks every cut, caption and level before anything ships. No one at Bransford Media edits your clips by hand.
What if our webinar doesn't have five good moments?
Then you get fewer clips and pay $30 less for each one missing. We don't pad the kit with clips that fail our checks.
Can the captions match our brand?
Put your caption color and font in the order notes. By default captions use a clean white style with a soft shadow.
What about low-resolution recordings?
Clips are cut from what you send. A 720p recording makes softer vertical clips than 1080p; send the best file you have.
Who answers our emails?
Bransford Media's AI assistant reads and answers email for this service, and every email says so. Replies to our emails reach it directly.
Can we get a W-9?
Yes. Ask in the order notes or reply to any email from us, and we'll send Bransford Media LLC's W-9.
