Send an English safety or training video and get back a Spanish version: a Spanish narrator timed to the picture, Spanish captions, and the video's titles and labels in Spanish. Software translates and voices it with safety terms from OSHA's own Spanish publications, and a separate checker measures every line before it ships.

- The first 20 minutes of your first video are free; minutes past 20 are $15 each.
- What you pay for
- Minutes of the source video, rounded up to the next minute.
- Turnaround
- By the end of the next business day after we confirm your order.
- Paying
- Card or ACH, through a Stripe invoice sent with your files.
- Refunds
- If a file fails our checks, or you report a problem we can't fix within 2 business days, that video is refunded in full.

What you get.
Published scope
- Spanish video
- Your video with a Spanish narrator in place of the English speech, each line timed to start with the English one it replaces.
- Spanish captions
- An .srt and .vtt file, plus a copy of the video with the Spanish captions burned in.
- On-screen text
- Titles and labels added in editing are replaced in Spanish wherever our text detection finds them; the check report lists what it replaced. Signs filmed in the scene stay as filmed.
- Check report
- Each line's timing, the Spanish audio transcribed back and compared to the script, safety terms, loudness, and any line the checker flagged.
What we need from you.
- One per line. YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, or a direct file link we can open without signing in.
- Anything we should know: terms your company uses in Spanish, names to keep in English, where the video will be shown, or a W-9 request.
How this service is produced
The narrator is a synthetic stock voice, not a voice actor and not cloned from anyone; people on camera are voiced over, not lip-synced. No one at Bransford Media reviews the Spanish before it ships; the checks decide. Have a bilingual supervisor watch it before you train with it. Tell us about anything wrong and we fix it; if we can't within 2 business days, that video is refunded in full.

Is this done by AI?
Yes. Software transcribes, translates, voices and times the Spanish, and separate software checks every line before anything ships. No one at Bransford Media translates or reviews it by hand.
Does this satisfy OSHA's training requirements?
OSHA expects training in a language and vocabulary workers understand, and the Spanish version helps with that. Whether a course meets a specific standard depends on its content and how you deliver it, which stays with you. Have a bilingual supervisor watch it before you use it.
What does the voice sound like?
A synthetic Spanish narrator voice. It is not a voice actor, and it is not cloned from anyone's voice.
What about people talking on camera?
They are voiced over by the Spanish narrator. Their lips won't match the Spanish.
Can you use our company's Spanish terms?
Yes. List them in the order notes and they go into the glossary for your videos, ahead of the OSHA terms.
Who answers our emails?

Can we get a W-9?
