- A timestamp for every agenda item, ready to paste into YouTube as chapters or into your archive's index.

- A .vtt and an .srt file timed to the audio, ready to upload to YouTube, Granicus/Swagit, Vimeo or your archive.

How this service is produced
All of it is software; no one types your minutes or captions by hand. Software can still mishear a name, so tell us about any error. If we can't fix it within 2 business days, that meeting is refunded in full.

Is this done by AI?
Yes. Software produces every file and separate software checks it. The minutes are a draft built from the transcript and your agenda, with the evidence for every motion, for your clerk to review and adopt. Software can still mishear a name. Tell us and we fix it; if we can't within 2 business days, that meeting is refunded.
Are the captions accurate enough for ADA Title II?
The rule asks for captions on posted meeting video; how accurate is enough is your ADA coordinator's call. Here are our measured numbers so you can decide: about 96% of words right across five public videos we tested against their human-made captions, and 93% on a council meeting, where YouTube's automatic captions scored about the same. Human captioning services aim for 99%. Every meeting's check report shows what was checked.
When do the ADA Title II deadlines hit?
The Justice Department's rule requires state and local governments' web content, video included, to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. An interim final rule published in the Federal Register on April 20, 2026 (91 FR 20902) moved the compliance dates to April 26, 2027 for entities with a total population of 50,000 or more, and April 26, 2028 for smaller entities and special district governments. The rule has narrow exceptions, such as archived content kept only for reference. Your ADA coordinator or counsel decides which videos are covered.
How do the draft minutes match our format?
Link a past set of your approved minutes and the agenda in the order notes. The draft follows that layout and records each motion, who moved and seconded it, and the vote. It's a draft, not the record: your clerk reviews it, corrects it and adopts it.
What if our body votes electronically?
Then the recording often doesn't say who moved or seconded. The draft marks those for your clerk to fill in from the vote record instead of guessing.
Where do the files go?
Anything that accepts a caption file: YouTube, Vimeo, Granicus/Swagit, Panopto and Kaltura all do. Chapter timestamps paste into a YouTube description or your archive's index.
Who answers our emails?
