Two different jobs get called drone work. One is the wide aerial that gives a property context: where it sits, what surrounds it, how far the land runs. The other is FPV, a single unbroken shot that flies through a building the way a person would walk it, only faster and without a cut.
We shoot both around Bozeman. The fly-over is what a listing or a neighborhood needs; the FPV run is what a facility, a gym, or a cultivation space needs, because it shows scale and layout in one take that a sequence of static shots never assembles into.
The films below are real Gallatin Valley jobs: a neighborhood fly-over for a residential brokerage, a two-minute FPV tour through every pool and sauna at Bozeman Hot Springs, and a front-door-to-canopy run through a cannabis cultivation facility.
Questions we get
An FPV drone is small and flown manually, so it can move through doorways and around obstacles in one continuous shot. It is the difference between a viewer seeing rooms and a viewer understanding a building.
Yes. Commercial drone work in the United States requires an FAA Part 107 certificate, and airspace around Bozeman Yellowstone International needs authorization on top of that, which is handled before the shoot rather than on the day.
That is what the FPV rig is for. The Bozeman Hot Springs tour and the Collective Elevation facility run are both interior flights.
Sometimes, and it is better to move a day than to deliver a grey one. Winter light in the valley is short and worth planning around rather than fighting.
