Enclave develops, owns, and manages multifamily communities across the Upper Midwest. Each property launches with its own brand, its own site, and its own leasing window, which means each one needs media built for that launch rather than a library of generic apartment footage.
We shoot and cut per property: a long-form hero film that anchors the community's homepage, a shorter hero cutdown, and vertical social work tuned for paid acquisition during lease-up. Same visual language across the portfolio, so the properties read as siblings without looking like reruns of each other.
Every film we've cut for them is live on the property's own site today — Enclave runs them as the first thing a prospective resident sees.
