Downloads are final, but if a file won't load or work in your editor, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
How to ask
Reply to your download email, or write to luts@in.bransfordmedia.com, within 14 days of buying. Say which pack, which app and what happens when you load the file. We'll send a fixed file or refund the purchase to your card through Stripe.
Replies to this email are read and answered by Bransford Media's AI assistant.
Why downloads are final
A LUT can't be returned once it's downloaded, so we don't refund because a look wasn't to your taste. Every look is shown on real footage on the looks page before you buy, and the free conversion LUTs let you check your footage and editor first.
Buying from outside the US
Where we sell outside the US, checkout asks buyers there to confirm they want the download straight away, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU and UK law gives for online purchases. The promise above still applies.
