Enclave's Brooks property in Plymouth, MN needed cinematic media that worked twice — a refined website hero that anchored the property's brand on launch, and a punchier social-feed cut that ran in paid acquisition during the leasing window.
We delivered a 60-second website hero film and a 36-second vertical-aware social ad from the same shoot day. Same visual language, two distinctly tuned edits.
