DJI hasn't published the D-Log M curve and gamut, so no one can build an exact conversion from the spec. DJI's own free LUT is the reference.

Set up the Osmo Action 4
- Pro mode > Colors: Normal or D-Log M.
- 10-bit color is available for HEVC recordings and the D-Log M color mode.
